Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Claims Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing medical and non-medical claims within policy terms and conditions.

• Review and assess medical and non-medical claims to ensure they align with policy terms and conditions.
• Approve Pre-Authorisation / LOG requests within policy limits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve claim issues.
• Handle follow-ups on claims and update Statements of Accounts.
• Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Address claim disputes and queries in a professional manner.
