Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with clients' business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Foster trusted relationships with CXOs, media heads, and other key stakeholders at top global brands
- Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, influencing decision-making processes and driving alignment across multiple levels
- Create and deliver compelling narratives that address clients' evolving needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging market insights and intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets at large global brandsDemonstrated expertise in omnichannel marketing (Offline, D2C and Marketplaces), with a practical understanding of how to leverage Brand and Performance campaigns to drive business resultsSkilled in managing all aspects of media planning and budget allocation, including ATL and BTL channels, with an understanding of the nuances and decision-making variables involvedUnderstanding of the omnichannel industries, including market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging opportunitiesExperience working with C-level executives, media heads, and other key stakeholders, with a capacity to influence decision-making processesStrategic thinking and planning, with demonstrated experience to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategiesRelationship-building and stakeholder management, with a focus on navigating complex ecosystems and influencing decision-making processesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven track record to adapt to varied audiences and different perspectivesAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrating experience of leveraging market insights and intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market initiativesPreferred Qualifications
