Job descriptionWork closely & report to Sales Manager. Drive sales to meet Yearly and Monthly targets. Manage new customer accounts and assist CSO with existing customer issues (e.g., delivery or quality problems). Build and maintain relationships with customers (new and existing). Analyse customer projects and market trends. Review and input customer sales forecasts into reports. Update weekly sales forecast, prepare monthly sales and KPI performance reports. Participate in weekly RFQ discussions to prioritize tasks. Update LinkedIn content and maintain account accuracy. Handle customer inquiries and manage stock declarations (MRP parts and others). Process RFQs, send quotations, and monitor FA, production builds, and ECN activation. Manage inventory, passive, excess, and aging stock monthly. Attend production and customer meetings on delivery and other matters. Perform ad-hoc tasks from upper management.
