Overview

We are currently hiring for an International Bank with a strong presence in Asia. They seek an Executive Director level candidate to lead Business Finance for their Retail & Wealth Business, providing financial and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into actionable financial plans across segments and markets.
• Partner with segment CFOs and heads to monitor and drive strategic targets.
• Align financial impact and execution with country finance and business partners.
• Advise on financial performance, profitability, and risks; identify growth opportunities.
• Track segment performance and lead deep-dive analysis.
• Support business reviews with reporting and benchmarking.
• Drive strategic planning and market share initiatives.
• Lead monthly performance reviews, forecasting, and outlook processes.
• Ensure smooth execution of planning and finance processes.
• Coordinate with analytics and offshore teams to track value drivers.
• Drive cost efficiency through prioritization and discipline.
