Role Overview :

As a technology manager in the Farm Technology department, you will be leading a team to support all technological aspects of the consultancy, design, build and operations and urban farms. You will be collaborating with Archians in sales, project management, farm management and research & technology to deliver impactful agricultural solutions to our clients and partners.

Responsibilities :

Support all technological aspects on the design, build and operations of farms. Provide ground support at all stages of our solutions.
Develop proposals for the deployment of farm solutions.
Design and conduct experiments to test ideas and solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of farms and farming operations.
Manage a team of technologists, including farm engineers and agronomists.
Evaluate and build relationships with suppliers.
Provide advice and consultation for clients.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the agriculture industry.

Proven experience in leading technical teams.

Strong ability to integrate knowledge across multiple domains to create practical solutions.

Proficient in scientific and engineering skills such as literature review, hypothesis formulation, experimental design, and data analysis.

Ability to understand and internalise technical knowledge.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
