Roles & Responsibilities

Company is a sub-contractor dealing with construction works related to plumbing & sanitary works and are looking at expanding our workforce.

Looking to hire an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in Singapore. The applicant would be required to have at least 3 years of related experience and should be able to work independently. The applicant would also need to be able to communicate with the supervisors and foremans on site.

Job scope includes :

Take-off quantity for projects

Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors

Price comparison and costing summary

Vet Through tender documents and tender evaluation

Recommend award for construction contracts

Prepare costings for projects

Prepare contracts and ensure compliance

Site measurement

Sub-contractors progress payment

Variations orders progress claims and project final account
