Roles & Responsibilities

LONG TERM POSITION

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting system

Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and update financial records

Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management

Maintain filing systems for financial documents

Help with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

Support the finance team in audits tax filings , CPF submission and Salary

Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments as required

Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Requirements :

Education : Diploma / Degree

Experience : At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in construction sectors

Skills :

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Info-tech)

Good numerical and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team

Good communication skills in English
