Roles & Responsibilities

Leading global manufacturer of fans, motors, and ventilation solutions.
East area, 5days
Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities :

Ensure all incoming & outgoing shipments and documentation are accurate, submitted timely, and in compliance with company policies.

Perform all SAP transactions timely and accurately, update system movements, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Liaise with freight forwarders and transporters to release outgoing shipments and arrange local deliveries.

Generate all required documentation, including manual delivery notes, stock count sheets, and discrepancy reports.

Maintain and archive all documents, ensure department housekeeping, and perform transactions for RMAs and Production Orders.

Collaborate with internal departments and initiate continuous improvement by revising processes.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry.

Experience in SAP B1 would be a distinct advantage.

General knowledge of logistics, route planning, and basic warehouse operations.

Good leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Able to coordinate effectively with various departments.
