Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations

Translate business needs into functional / technical specifications

Collaborate with developers to build efficient ABAP programs, reports & interfaces

Perform configuration and maintenance of the SAP FICO modules

Create and maintain documentation : functional specs, technical specs, test plans & user guides

Identify opportunities to optimize SAP processes for greater efficiency

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and module implementations

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, providing prompt user support

Stay updated with SAP best practices and emerging technologies to propose improvements

Job Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields

Strong understanding of SAP processes and ability to interpret complex business requirements

Min. 3 years’ experience supporting SAP FICO

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Adaptability to new SAP / IT technologies

SAP certifications & S / 4HANA experience are strong advantages

Experience in RPA tools is a bonus
