• Client Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and managing policy renewals.
• Claims Support : Assist clients in the claims process, communicating with insurers to resolve issues effectively.
• Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and changes in regulations.
