Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a designer who lives and breathes layout, typography, and visual clarity. You’ll work across event proposals, pitch decks, marketing assets, and onsite visuals. Your work makes ideas look sharp, easy to understand, and visually aligned with our creative direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design layouts for proposals, pitch decks, and event collateral based on direction from the creative lead.
- Apply strong typography and layout principles to ensure clarity and impact.
- Develop visual assets for digital and print use (social posts, banners, stage visuals, etc.).
- Ensure brand and visual consistency across all outputs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, ops, and the creative team to translate concepts into polished visuals.
- Prepare files for production and liaise with vendors when required.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects a plus).Proven eye for typography, composition, and layout.Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.Attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.Motion graphics or 3D design skills are a bonus.1–3 years relevant experience (agency or in-house) preferred, but strong portfolios from fresh grads will also be considered.What We Value
