Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

1. Research and integrate mature AI solutions from the market (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI) to enhance the intelligence of the company’s app, improving service efficiency and user experience.

2. Select and implement the appropriate AI APIs / models based on business requirements, optimizing applications in areas such as NLP, computer vision, and personalized recommendations.

3. Design and optimize AI-related application architectures, ensuring stability, real-time performance, and scalability.

4. Conduct A / B testing and data analysis to evaluate the impact of AI solutions on business metrics and continuously optimize strategies.

5. Research new AI technologies and tools, driving the innovative application of AI in the product.

6. Collaborate closely with product, frontend, backend, and data teams to efficiently implement AI-powered features.

7. Participate in AI security and compliance assessments to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

岗位职责：

1. 负责调研和集成市场上成熟的 AI 解决方案（如 OpenAI、Google AI等），优化公司 App 的智能化能力，提高服务效率和用户体验；

2. 结合业务需求，选择合适的 AI API / 模型，完成模型调用、优化及落地应用，包括但不限于 NLP、计算机视觉、个性化推荐等领域；

3. 设计并优化 AI 相关的应用架构，确保 AI 方案的稳定性、实时性和可扩展性；

4. 通过 A / B 测试和数据分析，评估 AI 方案对业务的影响，并不断优化策略；

5. 研究 AI 领域的新技术、新工具，推动 AI 技术在产品中的创新应用；

6. 与产品、前端、后端、数据团队紧密协作，推动 AI 功能高效落地；

7. 参与 AI 相关的安全性、合规性评估，确保符合数据隐私和行业法规要求。

Job Requirements :

1. Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, with 3+ years of AI application development experience.

2. Familiarity with mainstream AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Baidu AI, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence) and hands-on experience with API integration.

3. Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

4. Practical experience in at least one area, such as NLP, computer vision, speech recognition, or recommendation algorithms.

5. Experience in leveraging and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to optimize AI applications for specific business needs.

6. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to apply AI technologies to optimize key product metrics (e.g., user retention, conversion rates);

7. Solid system architecture thinking, able to collaborate with frontend and backend teams to implement AI solutions efficiently.

8. Passion for AI advancements and a keen interest in applying AI technology in commercial products.

9. Prior experience in deploying AI in ToC applications (e.g., intelligent customer service, content generation, personalized recommendations) is a plus.

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历 （计算机、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业），具备 3 年及以上 AI 应用开发经验；

2. 熟悉市场主流 AI 服务（如 OpenAI、Google AI、百度 AI、阿里云智能等），并有 API 调用和落地经验；

3. 具备扎实的 Python 编程能力，熟练使用 TensorFlow、PyTorch、Hugging Face Transformers 等 AI 框架；

4. 具备 NLP、计算机视觉、语音识别、推荐算法等至少一个方向的实际项目经验；

5. 熟悉大模型（LLM）的调用和微调，能够针对业务需求优化 AI 方案；

6. 具备良好的数据分析能力，能利用 AI 技术优化产品关键指标（如用户留存、转化率等）；

7. 具备良好的系统架构思维，能与前端、后端团队配合，优化 AI 方案的工程化落地；

8. 关注 AI 领域前沿发展，对 AI 技术的商业化落地有浓厚兴趣；

9. 有 AI 在 ToC 应用场景（如智能客服、内容生成、个性化推荐等）落地经验者优先。
