Job Description :

• PhD in Plastics / Engineering or related sciences discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Or Masters degree with 11 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading cross functional project teams in a complex, international and multicultural environment.
• Experience in material application as an engineer / researcher with the appropriate background to manage R&D and pilot projects.
• Experience in the ability to commercialize & / ornew solutions or tech applications.
• Experience operating a P&L unit & / or was responsible for a P&L unit.
• Industrial experience in manufacturing & / or supply chain
