Roles & Responsibilities

Part-Time Service Crew – Lau Pa Sat, Singapore

Location : 18 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048582

Working Hours :

Lunch : 11 : 00am – 3 : 00pm
Dinner : 6 : 00pm – 11 : 00pm
Salary : $10–15 / hour (based on experience)

We are looking for motivated and friendly Part-Time Service Crew to join one of our seven busy stalls at Lau Pa Sat. This is a counter-service role, so no table service is required. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary—just bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers warmly and assist with menu recommendations.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen / bar.

Handle payments via cash, card, or mobile and operate the POS system efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Physically able to stand for extended periods.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
