Roles & Responsibilities

Work Location : Central

Working Hours : Mon - Fri Office Hours

Monthly Salary : up to $4k per month (Salary commensurate with experience)

Perm Position

Responsibilities :

Manage and facilitate key accounts for Temp / Contract engineering roles
Sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels
Compliance to all recruitment guidelines
Build a consistent talent pipeline

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

1-2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant in Engineering roles preferred. Entry level candidates with Engineering background / qualifications will be considered.

Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient and is driven to work in a fast-paced work environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong drive to succeed in placement closure

Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
