The Client is a leading technology manufacturing company specializing in high-performance computing systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure solutions.

Venue : East Singapore

Working Hours : 5 Days Work

Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates / reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
