Build
and manage strong, lasting relationships with high-value global and
regional accounts.
Develop long-term account
strategies to retain clients and expand business
opportunities.
Understand client needs,
resolve issues quickly, and provide tailored solutions.
Strengthen customer relationships to create mutually
beneficial partnerships.
Collaborate closely
with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure client
requirements are met.
Identify and pursue new
business opportunities within existing accounts.
Prepare regular account reports and manage account
receivables
efficiently.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or
related fields.
3-5 years of experience in
logistics or freight forwarding with a focus on sales and business
development.
Experience handling key or
conglomerate accounts, preferably in Healthcare,
Semiconductor, or Electronics sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Strategic thinker with strong
analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building
abilities.
Proactive, results-oriented, and
comfortable working independently or in a team.
Candidates with leadership experience may be considered
for a Senior Key Account Manager
position.
