Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and account reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., SFRS, IFRS).
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST submissions and corporate tax filings.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in process improvements and implementation of internal controls.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
