Overview

Patient Information Associate (Ward Visitor Registration / Information) at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Family Group : Ancillary. Are you passionate about assisting others and fostering a warm, welcoming environment? We are seeking an individual to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, patients, and members of the public at HealthCity Novena Campus.

As a Patient Information Associate, you will pay a key frontline role. From greeting and guiding visitors, assisting with self-registration at kiosks or counters, to helping visitors find their way to inpatients wards. You will also provide directions around our campus, respond to general inquiries, and offer assistance at our counters. Additionally, you will help manage entry during non-visiting hours by clearly explaining our visiting policies.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and guiding visitors, assisting with self-registration at kiosks or counters
• Helping visitors find their way to inpatient wards
• Providing directions around the campus
• Responding to general inquiries and offering assistance at counters
• Managing entry during non-visiting hours by clearly explaining visiting policies

Shift Hours

This is a shift-based role where earliest staggering shifts starts as early as 7 : 30AM and the latest shift ends at 9 : 00PM, including weekends and Public Holidays; 5 days work week.
