Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Conduct business development activities to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed), networking, and referrals.
  • Match candidates to job opportunities based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labour laws, and employment regulations in Singapore.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines for foreign hiring (e.g., EP, SP, WP).
  • Provide insights on competitive hiring practices and talent availability.
  • Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly targets for placements, client acquisitions, and revenue.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and job orders.
  • Any other tasks as directed.

Recruiter Requirements :

  • Diploma in human resources.
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
