Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
- Supervise and mentor store staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service, understanding customers’ requests and relaying instructions to butchers for custom cuts.
- Handle cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and managing receipts.
- Ensure premium product presentation, quality control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized service.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Strong proficiency in English; Chinese is required only if necessary to serve Chinese-speaking customers.Previous retail or F&B experience, preferably in butchery, premium food, or luxury retail.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.EA License No : 22C1301 | EA Reg No : R22105262 (Hoo Swee Yong)
