About the

Role

We're looking for a creative Content

Creator who loves climbing and knows how to bring a brand to life

online. You'll be responsible for producing engaging content across

our social platforms from ideation to execution, while also playing

an active role in gym operations.

This is a

multi-hat role : part of your week will be spent creating content

(filming, editing, posting), and part of it will be spent on the

ground supporting our operations team to deliver the best customer

experience in the gym.

Key

Responsibilities

Independently plan, develop, and produce engaging visual

and multimedia content for Instagram, TikTok, other platforms,

etc.

Ideate creative campaign concepts and

turn them into posts, Reels, stories, etc.

Plan and execute photo and video shoots that capture

climbing, events, and community life.

Edit

content into high-quality deliverables suited to each

platform.

Capture and share authentic stories

of our climbers, and the brand.

Manage and

organise digital assets (photos, videos, design files).

Monitor trends and proactively suggest new content ideas

to keep us fresh and relevant.

Take on

operations responsibilities as part of the role, including customer

service, event support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day gym

activities.

Work closely with the team to

foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive

atmosphere.

The Ideal

Candidate

A fresh

graduate or diploma holder with a strong portfolio or personal

projects in content creation.

Has hands-on

experience producing content for social media (through internships,

school projects, freelance work, or personal channels).

Proficient in both software and hardware. Software :

Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc. Hardware :

DSLR / Mirrorless cameras, tripods / gimbals, lighting kits, and audio

equipment.

Brings initiative, creativity, and

originality; can ideate and execute independently.

Loves climbing and is excited to capture and share the

climbing community's energy.

Takes ownership

of deadlines, reliable and accountable.

Is

detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in taking projects from

idea to final output.

Thrives in a team

environment : enjoys working alongside others, values camaraderie,

and contributes to a spirit of shared success.

Comfortable wearing multiple hats : equally at home

creating content and handling operations in the

gym.
