Assistant Manager, Leasing & Maintenance

We are seeking dynamic individuals to grow with us and to continue building relationships with our valued customers.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager, Leasing & Maintenance based in our Head Office in the CBD.

General Job Scope :

  • Schedule and commence periodic maintenance of assigned Facilities and utilities systems but not limited to electrical, building / carpark maintenance, fire alarm system, security, cleaning and pest control, to ensure a safe and reliable business environment
  • Ensure audit readiness by complying with effective standards, regulatory / statutory requirements
  • Achieve financial objectives by managing allocated budget; recommend and initiate cost improvement measures
  • Maintain close and regular liaison with tenants to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of Tenancy Management and Leasing
  • Source and secure suitable tenants to maximize yield
  • Handle all lease documentation, rent review and other service contracts negotiations
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes :

  • Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity in leasing and maintenance
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and task oriented
