Admin Assistant (Office Support)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Processing and checking of supplier and sub-contractor invoices
- Coordinate with sub-contractor for on-site measurements
- Coordinate with site coordinators to order building materials supplier
- General adminstative duties
Requirements :
Those with past experience in renovation / construction industry are preferredMinimum 2-3 years admin experience preferredGood working attitudeAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyIndependent, energetic and presentableBenefits :
