Roles &
Responsibilities :
Manage wholesale accounts (department stores,
distributors, partners) - process orders, track deliveries, and
coordinate with logistics & finance.
Build
strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure timely stock
replenishment, sales tracking, and smooth account
servicing.
Oversee e-commerce operations on
platforms (e.g., Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify) : upload SKUs,
manage product listings, update pricing &
promotions.
Monitor online sales performance,
stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with warehouse &
merchandising teams.
Assist in campaign
execution (seasonal promotions, online launches, voucher programs)
with marketing and retail teams.
Prepare
regular sales & inventory reports for both wholesale and
e-commerce channels.
Handle returns,
exchanges, and ensure high customer satisfaction across e-commerce
platforms.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or
related field.
2-5 years of experience in
wholesale account management, sales coordination, or e-commerce
operations (preferably in fashion / retail).
Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Zalora, Lazada,
Shopee, TikTok) and digital merchandising.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage
multiple stakeholders.
Good communication
skills to liaise across sales, marketing, and logistics
teams.
