Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview :

You will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring strong financial governance. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, strengthen internal controls, and support system and process improvements .

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable :

  • Oversee end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure timely, accurate payments and maintain effective vendor relationships.
  • Strengthen internal controls and lead system enhancement projects.

Financial Planning & Analysis :

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop financial models and performance analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management.

    • Strategic & Business Support :

  • Partner with departments to analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate business proposals and their financial impact.

    • Leadership :

  • Lead and mentor the finance team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

    • Requirements :

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (recognized by ISCA).
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience , including 4 years in a supervisory role .
  • Experience in a Big 4 audit firm and / or the healthcare sector will be highly advantageous.
