Key Accountabilities :
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate clear and effective verbal and written communication between the Project Lead and internal / external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit and proofread emails, reports, and other documents
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy retrieval.
- Conduct research, compile and update information as needed for project
- Coordinate events, campaigns and projects as directed by Admin Manager.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
- Ensure efficient time management to maximize productivity.
- Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management or equivalentAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Preferably experience in construction site environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levelsTell employers what skills you have
