Role Overview
The Maritime Sales & Digital
Manager will drive new business and expand existing
relationships in the maritime sector, focusing on connectivity,
cybersecurity, and digital solutions. This role combines
sales leadership with
digital solution evangelism , ensuring
Marlink remains the trusted partner for shipowners, operators, and
maritime stakeholders across APAC. The successful candidate will be
a strong closer with proven ability to generate new business while
also nurturing long-term client relationships to maximize revenue
growth and retention.
Key
Responsibilities
Sales &
Business Development
close new business opportunities in maritime connectivity, IT, and
cyber solutions.
sales cycle : prospecting, solution design, proposal development,
contract negotiation, and closing.
shipowners and ship managers, with Singapore as the primary base to
expand Marlink's customer footprint.
and execute account plans for key customers and high-potential
regions.
Digital Transformation Leadership
solutions (cybersecurity, IT-as-a-Service, crew welfare, IoT / OT,
smart shipping).
customers on their digitalization journey, aligning Marlink's
offerings with operational needs.
technical capabilities into clear business benefits for C-level
executives and decision makers.
Stakeholder
& Partner Engagement
value-based relationships with shipowners, managers, and maritime
ecosystem partners.

Represent Marlink at industry events, conferences, and customer
workshops.

Qualifications &
Skills
Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field.
maritime ICT or cybersecurity.

compliance, ESG, etc.) is preferred.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
