Investment and Financing Director – Data Centre

Responsibilities :

• Develop and continuously update the company’s ex-China investment and financing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategic objectives.
• Lead and execute various financing projects, including but not limited to : project financing, structured financing, equity financing, and debt financing.
• Oversee financial due diligence, valuation, modelling, and transaction negotiations for overseas data center asset or platform acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.
• Build financial models, conduct detailed investment return analysis, and prepare investment proposals to provide professional recommendations to the Investment Decision Committee.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international financial institutions, investment banks, law firms, accounting firms, investors, and industry partners.
• Monitor and manage the company’s foreign exchange and interest rate risks, developing and executing corresponding hedging strategies.
• Optimize the capital structure of overseas entities, manage liquidity, and ensure efficient working capital utilization.
• Collaborate closely with internal legal, finance, and other teams to ensure the smooth execution and integration of investment and financing projects.
