Preschool Principal

I'm supporting an elite preschool in Singapore in their

search for a Preschool Principal to lead the school through an

exciting rebranding and growth phase. The role will begin as a dual

appointment-providing leadership while also teaching a class until

enrolment reaches target levels.

Key

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor

staff, ensuring compliance with ECDA, SPARK & regulatory

standards.

Champion curriculum innovation with

inquiry-based, Positive Education, and project-based

learning.

Build strong parent relationships

and represent the preschool in the community.

Oversee operations, enrolment, and financial planning

with management

support

Requirements

Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with

Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts

ECDA-recognised Principal (L2 + Diploma in

Leadership).

Proven leadership experience in

preschool management.

Bilingual (English &

Mandarin) with strong communication and interpersonal

skills.

Energetic, approachable, and

passionate about early childhood

education.
