Strategic Analysis Role Overview
As a Strategic Analysis Expert, you will be working with product managers, strategists, and data teams to analyze data and recommend improvements. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality insights that drive business decisions.
Key areas of responsibility include :
- Data-Driven Insights : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
 - Dashboards and Reporting : Develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track key performance indicators across various business metrics.
 - User Segmentation and Behavioural Analysis : Conduct in-depth user segmentation and behavioural analysis to inform A / B testing, personalize flows, and support localization strategies.
 - Prioritization and Backlog Management : Prioritize backlogs and product enhancements by identifying patterns in support tickets, data anomalies, and operational bottlenecks.
 - Global Expansion Initiatives : Contribute to global expansion initiatives by supporting the design and optimization of KYC flows, payment integrations, and fiat onboarding processes.
 
Requirements for success in this role include :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics or related field3 - 5 years of experience in product analytics, strategy consulting, or product management—preferably in fintech, payments, or digital platforms.Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics a plus.Strong understanding of user funnel metrics, digital onboarding, and CX / UX optimization techniques.Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and cultures.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and product opportunities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
