Role Objective

We are seeking passionate and driven Assistant Store & Service Manager to lead our dynamic retail team at Jewel Changi Airport . These roles are pivotal in shaping the customer journey, driving sales performance, and fostering a team culture that reflects On’s innovation and energy. Key Responsibilities

• Support business performance : Work alongside the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, analyse customer trends, and optimize operations in this unique travel retail setting.
• Create a seamless shopping experience : Oversee floor operations, ensuring the store is visually compelling, well-stocked, and customer ready.
• Manage team efficiency : Oversee scheduling and payroll, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for peak and off-peak periods.
• Enhance team development : Train and mentor sales specialists, fostering a culture of passion and continuous learning.
• Lead in-store activations : Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and exclusive events tailored to travellers and local customers.
• Ensure compliance & security : Maintain loss prevention standards, audit compliance, and adherence to Singaporean retail regulations.
