Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
Compliance and standards : Enforce company policies and procedures.
Ensure the floor is clean, presentable, and organized.
Production-specific roles : In a studio setting, they coordinate between the director, crew, and talent to ensure the production runs on schedule.
They provide cues to talent and manage the audience, props, and equipment.
