Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our healthcare clinic. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide daily support to the department, include preparing of the documents and reports
- Receive, screen and register patients into the clinical system
- Address any inquires / feedback or any other concerns from patients
- Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals and / or any other procedures
- Obtains and verifies patient billing information before collecting payment
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all unit facilities, equipment and tidy the general appearance of the counter
- Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement
- Handle incoming phone calls and making of appointments
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Clinic Manager
Requirements
Related working experience in healthcare and understanding of medical terminology / abbreviations / jargon will be added advantageStrong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office AdvantageMeticulous, eye for details, precise, organised and efficientGood communication and interpersonal skillEffective team player and able to work in fast paced environment5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday; Half Saturday)Location : OrchardTell employers what skills you have
