Roles & Responsibilities
Objective :
Support the Project Team in ensuring smooth execution of merchandising and sourcing projects from quotation to delivery, while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
1.Project Support & Documentation
- Assist in sourcing ideas and product references for client proposals.
- Support price checks and costing preparation for simple or repeated items.
- Review samples and artworks for alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Help arrange local / DHL sample shipments.
2. System Updates & Coordination
Update Zoho CRM for enquiries, samples, and order statusSupport in tracking deadlines and deliverables, highlighting any risks or delays.Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, logistics) to follow up on open tasks3.Supplier & Operations Support
Help verify and compare supplier quotations (price / specs / approval status).Assist in identifying new suppliersHelp compile supplier performance feedback and quality issues for internal review.Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain processes (preferred).Tell employers what skills you have
