Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction workers, subcontractors and vendors on site.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to address any issues or concerns.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore safety regulations. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to site activities and progress.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to construction workers as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
