Roles & Responsibilities

Highlights

Responsibilities :

Support the Centre Head in overseeing daily operations

Regular liaison with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on children’s behavioural and learning progress

Supervision and coaching of primary school children to ensure completion of daily homework and spelling

Plan, deliver, and present lesson content

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at the centre

Step in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly

Requirements :

Experience in education, student care, childcare, youth work, or related sectors

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Able to step in and conduct classes in the absence of teachers
