Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client / server scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to platform governance and change management best practices.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching.
• Develop technical documentation and user training materials.
