Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client / server scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to platform governance and change management best practices.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching.
- Develop technical documentation and user training materials.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.4+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS.Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices.Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.Ikas International (Asia) Pte Ltd
