Job Role

We are seeking an experienced SRE with deep expertise in centralized exchange operations and digital asset custody to join our blockchain development team, to ensure the stability, scalability and performance of our digital-asset infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, operate and optimize production infrastructure supporting trading, blockchain nodes, and custody services across cloud and on-prem environments
• Maintain seamless interoperability between exchange and custody systems
• Implement observability, alerting and incident-response frameworks with clear SLAs/SLOs
• Develop reconciliation processes between exchange positions, custody holdings, and internal ledgers.
• Lead post-mortems, drive root-cause analysis, and improve system resilience

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years SRE/DevOps experience with 3+ years hands-on cryptocurrency exchange operations.
• Deep understanding of exchange order lifecycle, market data protocols (FIX), and settlement processes.
• Proven experience with digital asset custody solutions and secure key management.
• Expert-level AWS/GCP/Azure proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
• Strong programming skills in Python, kdb+ and/or Java.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and banking regulatory compliance.
