Job Responsibilities
- To undergo management Training for Front of House (Floor) and Back of House (Kitchen)
- Lead and manage a high performance team and develop talents
- Attend customer's needs and queries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide management and administrative support
- Assist Managers complete daily tasks and overseas an efficient and effective day to day operation of branch or outlet
- Monitors in ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Assist manager in recruitment, training and marketing campaign
- Coach and develop colleagues to ensure meet standard of operation
