Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitor system performance, manage resource allocation and optimize costs.
Maintenance : Regularly update and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.
Access Control : Implement and manage access control policies, ensuring secure and appropriate access.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
Security Audits : Conduct regular security audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Automation : Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, scaling, and other routine tasks.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Utilize tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure via code, enabling consistent and reproducible deployments.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the cloud environment efficiently.
Incident Response : Participate in on-call rotations and quickly respond to incidents to minimize downtime and impact.
Scaling : Implement and manage auto-scaling policies to handle varying workloads.
Performance Tuning : Optimize system performance based on workload and business requirements.
Capacity Planning : Forecast and manage resource requirements to meet future demands.
Client Support : Provide technical support to clients, addressing their issues, concerns, and requests related to cloud infrastructure.
Customer Onboarding : Assist clients in onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions to cloud environments.
Consultation : Our expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices, architecture, and optimization strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with development, security, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures.
Upgrades and Patching : Keep systems updated with the latest software patches and updates to maintain security and efficiency.
Innovation : Explore new cloud technologies and services to enhance existing infrastructure and other innovative solutions to clients.
Feedback Loop : Actively gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve services and infrastructure.
Language : Able to handle clients speaking various languages, including Hindi, Tamil, and preferably Arabic.
