About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (SM or Director level) to lead and manage core banking implementation projects within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong PMO capabilities, and the ability to provide technical advisory support on complex banking projects.

Required Experience and Skills :

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in core banking implementations .
• Proven experience in a PMO or leadership role within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems (e.g., Temenos T24, Finacle, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to provide technical advisory and strategic guidance .
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments
