Roles & Responsibilities

• 2 years outsourced contract (renewable)
• Up to $3,300 + $250 shift allowance
• 12 hr rotating shift (9am – 9pm or 9pm – 9am)

Job Responsibilities :

Perform daily duty on system monitoring

Perform incident management and escalate incidents to level 2 maintenance team.

Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates.

Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token.

Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users.

Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection.

Monitoring and check on server's health status

Period :

2 years outsourced contract (renewable)

Novena

Working hours :

12 hr rotating shift (9am – 9pm or 9pm – 9am)

Salary :

Up to $3,300 + $250 shift allowance

​ Job Requirements :

Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

Has Basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services will be preferred.

Has basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services will be preferred.

Manage and Coordinate between customers and third party vendors for fault resolution where necessary.

Provide operation support, maintenance and administration.

Has basic knowledge on Switches and Routers will be preferred
