Supervisor

Responsibilities

Must be able to work with Autocad system and standard Mircosoft software

Able to read / understand / execute work based on construction drawing

Able to work under element of weather

Efficient project management which includes project scheduling, lead, and co-ordinate the whole project team which include supervisors, foreman, workers and subcontractors

Responsible for site coordination workers and to make accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters. Feedback to management on site problems for corrective actions to be taken.

Preparing submission drawings to authorities. Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications

In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion

To study pre-comp (to study discrepency of surveying data and establish site boundaries control point) survey plan for project execution

To verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

Ensure all setting up are within contract boundary

Prepare site setting out data, plan and map for Survey crew

Volume Calculation if required

Liaise with client and contractors on survey matters

Co-Ordinate with engineers, site supervisor, various sub-contractors for surveyor related works

Record and data collection for the preparation for as- built drawings

Supervise field crew performing various surveying functions
