We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team, where you'll be instrumental in promoting our range of professional training and development courses. You will engage with people in various event settings, helping them discover suitable programs that match their personal or career growth goals. This role involves direct interaction with the public, representing the brand with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively engage with potential customers at roadshow events and booths.
• Present and explain available digital marketing or education courses clearly and confidently.
• Provide tailored consultations to understand each customer’s individual needs and recommend suitable training options.
• Support customers throughout the entire enrolment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Consistently strive to meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Act as a brand ambassador by upholding high standards of service and professionalism at all times.
