Job Description
- Assist the Membership Team with event preparation.
- Handle enquiries, registration, and payments for the Membership events.
- Address membership enquiries.
- Update membership data by reaching out to members, utilising various methods such as phone calls and emails.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Membership Department.
Job Requirements
Interest in event planning and member engagement.Good communication skills (spoken and written).Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.Comfortable with phone calls and sending emails.Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel).Willing to learn and take on different tasks as needed.Please indicate your available internship period.Tell employers what skills you have
