Job Description
1. Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and supplies.
Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and price negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of purchasing documents, supplier information, and product data.
Monitor stock levels and assist in placing replenishment orders.
2. Office & Document Management
Manage and organize purchase-related files, records, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy document retrieval.
Prepare purchasing reports and assist in data entry or cost analysis when required.
3. Communication & Support for Management
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
Support management in daily administrative and purchasing operations.
Communicate professionally with vendors and customers to resolve order or delivery issues.
Skills Required
Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
Chinese-speaking candidates preferred (to liaise with Chinese suppliers)
