Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Rotational Exposure
- Gain hands-on experience in retail operations , sales & merchandising , e-commerce , marketing , and supply chain management .
- Assist in day-to-day retail store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Support trade marketing and product launch activities to drive sales performance.
2. Operations & Process Improvement
Assist in sales analysis , stock planning , and demand forecasting .Identify gaps in processes and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Learn and support compliance with NEA, HPB, and SFA regulations for FMCG retail.3. Business Development & Partnerships
Support the business development team in exploring new retail, B2B, and export opportunities .Help manage partnerships with retailers, malls, and online platforms.4. Project & Leadership Development
Participate in strategic projects such as pop-up store planning, digital campaigns, or new product launches.Lead small initiatives under guidance to build leadership and problem-solving skills.Requirements
Recent graduate or early-career professional with a Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.Passion for FMCG, retail, and brand building .Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; data analysis skills a plus.Flexibility to work retail hours or weekends during key campaigns or launches.Performance KPIs (for appraisal and bonus)
Operational KPIs : Accuracy in reporting, timely execution of assigned tasks.Sales KPIs : Contribution to store or campaign sales targets.Process KPIs : Improvement suggestions implemented or cost / time savings achieved.Learning KPIs : Completion of assigned modules and performance in rotation assessments.Tell employers what skills you have
