Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Pipe Construction Engineer

A leading company specializing in modular pharmaceutical facilities is seeking a Pipe Construction Engineer for projects in Singapore. You'll manage all on-site piping construction, ensuring work is on schedule and meets all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management : Oversee all on-site pipe construction and manage project plans.
  • Compliance : Ensure work meets Singapore's codes from PUB, MOM, and SCDF .
  • Logistics : Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials from China.
  • Quality Control : Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets all specifications.
  • Documentation : Prepare technical documents, including MS RA and pressure test schemes.
  • Collaboration : Work with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience : A minimum of 7 years in pipe construction site management , with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry .
  • Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills : Strong piping knowledge, and familiarity with CAD and Navisworks . Experience with BPE sanitary piping is a plus.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin .
  • Other : Willingness to travel for short periods (mainly to China).
