Key
Responsibilities :
Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety
and Health Act and applicable
regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections,
audits, and risk assessments.
Lead
recommend and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement workplace safety policies,
procedures, and safety programs.
Conduct
safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
Monitor and ensure proper use of personal protective
equipment (PPE) and safety systems.
Prepare
reports, maintain safety records, and submit required documentation
to regulatory authorities.
Act as the key
liaison with government agencies (e.g., MOM, NEA, SCDF) on WSH
matters.
Familiar with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001
and ISO
14001
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health,
Environmental Science, or a related field.
Registered WSH Officer with MOM
(Singapore) .
At least 5 years
of relevant experience in a WSH role, preferably in
construction.
Knowledge of relevant WSH
legislation, codes of practice, and safety management systems
(e.g., ISO 45001).
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills; ability to influence and lead safety
initiatives.
Proficient in incident reporting
and safety documentation.
